Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States unless currently in a managerial role with another Four Seasons location
- Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- College degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- One to two years previous experience in assistant manager or department head position in food and beverage
- Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to work eight-to-ten-hour shifts with variable schedules
Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in Mara Restaurant and Bar outlets to ensure cultural and core standards are met
- Assist in implementing and planning innovations and additions to the restaurant and bar year round
- Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
- Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, and provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, purchasing decisions, and inventory control
- Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and ambassadors
