Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and sanitation regulations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow directions closely
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Must be flexible and be able to adjust to the changing needs of the restaurant and its guests
- Prepare food for service
- Set up and stock station with necessary supplies
- Ensure food comes out on time and with attention to detail
- Rotate items in storage daily
- Follow recipes for bulk prep
- Answer, report, and follow the chefs’ instructions
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a level of professionalism and community
- Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy hours
- Other tasks as assigned
