Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a pastry or bakery role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to learn and take direction

  • knowledge of nutrition and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prep pastries for service
  • set up and stock station with necessary supplies
  • ensure food comes out simultaneously with attention to detail
  • answer, report and follow executive or Pastry chef’s instructions
  • comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
