Job Requirements

  • ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
  • standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform
  • 1 years or more experience in pastry prep or production
  • knowledge of lamination, chocolate work, production of confectionaries, and building cakes and entremets preferred
  • must maintain a high level of cleanliness and be aware of all food safety standards
  • must have a flexible schedule including the ability to work on holidays

Job Duties

  • Prep pastries for service
  • set up and stock station with necessary supplies
  • ensure food comes out simultaneously with attention to detail
  • answer, report and follow executive or Pastry chef's instructions
  • comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
