Job Requirements

  • Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • Ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform

  • High level of cleanliness
  • Ability to follow instructions from executive or pastry chef

Job Qualifications

  • 1 years or more experience in pastry prep or production
  • Knowledge of lamination, chocolate work, production of confectionaries, and building cakes and entremets preferred
  • Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and be aware of all food safety standards
  • Must have a flexible schedule including the ability to work on holidays
  • A great attitude, an eagerness to learn, and passion for pastry

Job Duties

  • Prep pastries for service
  • Set up and stock station with necessary supplies
  • Ensure food comes out simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Answer, report and follow executive or pastry chef’s instructions
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
