Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience preferably in food manufacturing
- Ability to read write and interpret documents such as safety rules Good Manufacturing Practices and general instructions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills for problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and team environments
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to work 12-hour day shifts from 6am to 6:30pm
- Must be able to walk stand climb squat kneel and bend frequently
- Must tolerate exposure to flour yeast oils and peanut butter
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Must pass an occupational physical test
- Must have minimum 20/40 vision with or without corrective lenses and pass a standard eye exam

Job Duties
- Produce high quality products in a safe and healthful manner
- Perform routine tests to check the quality of products record findings and adjust equipment settings as necessary
- Use computers to input and maintain accurate records and data and operate HMI to adjust operational settings
- Identify and troubleshoot machinery process and equipment issues and make corrections as needed
- Perform sanitation and basic maintenance activities including cleaning inspection and lubrication CIL CIP and COP activities
- Cross train within department to gain and improve skills knowledge and demonstrate leadership
- Operate material handling equipment such as walk behind stackers scissor lifts pallet jacks and waves
- Perform equipment changeovers and empty or replenish materials to keep production flowing
