Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's in engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of process design, quality systems, and lean/six sigma
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to travel to our Mexico facility and other U.S. sites as needed
  • Industry experience preferred (e.g., motors, aerospace, or similar manufacturing)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of process design, quality systems, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and project management abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Industry experience preferred, such as motors, aerospace, or similar manufacturing sectors

Job Duties

  • Lead the development, optimization, and transfer of new and existing manufacturing processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
  • Develop and execute process validation protocols, qualification activities, and technical documentation
  • Provide input on design for manufacturability during product development
  • Analyze process capability data and use statistical tools to solve complex problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, manufacturing, and design engineering
  • Mentor technicians or junior engineers while coordinating development builds and pilot runs
  • Work directly with customers to support technical needs and propose process improvements
