Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of process design, quality systems, and lean/six sigma
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to travel to our Mexico facility and other U.S. sites as needed
- Industry experience preferred (e.g., motors, aerospace, or similar manufacturing)
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of process design, quality systems, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and project management abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Industry experience preferred, such as motors, aerospace, or similar manufacturing sectors
Job Duties
- Lead the development, optimization, and transfer of new and existing manufacturing processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
- Develop and execute process validation protocols, qualification activities, and technical documentation
- Provide input on design for manufacturability during product development
- Analyze process capability data and use statistical tools to solve complex problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, manufacturing, and design engineering
- Mentor technicians or junior engineers while coordinating development builds and pilot runs
- Work directly with customers to support technical needs and propose process improvements
