- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean criminal record
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in English

- Certification in CPR and first aid (desirable)
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Criminal-free record
- Basic computer arithmetic
- Fluency in English verbally and non-verbally
- Provide legible communication, accurate and timely follow up, and follow directions precisely
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Proactively display time management skills
- Work efficiently with exceptional work ethic
- Remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment and business sense
- Complete all tasks with comprehensive follow through
- Communicate accurately and provide consistent follow up
- Understand, anticipate and fulfill Owner’s service needs
- Work cohesively with a positive attitude and as part of a team
- Work with purpose and minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of owner information
- Ability to input and access information in property management systems, computers, point of sales systems
- Some college or hospitality training (desirable)
- Previous experience as Reception Agent or Security Officer (desirable)
- Previous cashiering experience (desirable)
- Fluency in a foreign language such as Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese (desirable)
- Certification in computer training (desirable)
- Certification in alcohol awareness program (desirable)
- Knowledge of local laws, investigative methods and fire safety (desirable)
- Certification in CPR and first aid (desirable)
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record (desirable)
- Previous guest relations training (desirable)
Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell experience daily for all Residence Owners, their guests and vendors
- Validate all guests and vendors have permission to be on property
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests, residents, and employees
- Anticipate potential problems and react to disturbances and prohibited conduct
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Provide information and assistance to all Owners, visitors, and vendors
- Work a combination of AM and PM shifts
