Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Criminal-free record
  • Basic computer arithmetic skills
  • Fluency in English verbally and non-verbally
  • Provide legible communication, accurate and timely follow up, and follow directions precisely
  • Perform job functions with impeccable attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Pro-actively display time management skills by daily demonstrating ability to prioritize and organize tasks
  • Consistently work in an efficient and effective manner and display exceptional work ethic
  • Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment and excellent business sense

  • Some college or training in hospitality industry desirable
  • Previous experience as reception agent, security officer or both desirable
  • Previous cashiering experience
  • Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish, Russian, Portuguese
  • Certification of previous training in computers
  • Certification of previous training in alcohol awareness program
  • Knowledge of local laws, investigative methods and fire safety
  • Certification in CPR and first aid
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent driving record
  • Previous guest relations training

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell experience daily for all residence owners, their guests and vendors
  • Validate permissions for all guests and vendors on property
  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment and minimize opportunities for loss or damage
  • Anticipate potential problems and react to disturbances or prohibited conduct
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations as required
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to all owners, visitors and vendors
  • Work a combination of AM and PM shifts as required
