- Strong knowledge of food presentation and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Capability to work in fast-paced settings
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely service
- Inspect dishes for presentation and quality before they are served
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to address any issues or special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized expediting station
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed
- Foster a positive dining atmosphere through exceptional service
- Plate dishes up to 5 star standards and assist executive chef when needed
