Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or related cleaning roles preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to remain standing and walking for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to reach heights up to 12 feet
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time well
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to follow directions and operate under minimal supervision
- Willingness to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
- Basic food and beverage experience
- Ability to handle food and beverage items
- Ability to lift or move items of considerable weight
- Ability to take inventory of glassware and linen
- Capacity to control breakfast covers and consumption
- Strong attention to detail with consistent and meticulous job performance
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem-solving aptitude with good judgment
- Ability to follow directions thoroughly
- Proactive in anticipating and fulfilling Owner needs
- Positive attitude with teamwork skills
- Integrity and strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in cleaning luxury properties
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning of high-end finishes
- Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Guest relations training
- Food and Beverage handling certification
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of Breakfast and Juice Bar areas
- Ensure spa and fitness centers are clean and well-maintained
- Uphold cleanliness standards in public areas including salons, restrooms, and lounges
- Manage inventory of glassware and linens
- Monitor food and beverage consumption during breakfast service
- Perform duties with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Coordinate tasks effectively to complete daily responsibilities within shift hours
