Job Duties
- build the stage and set of the event the day before or the day of the shows
- tear down the stage and set after the show
- coordinate with event organizers and other crew members
- handle heavy lifting and equipment setup
- ensure safety protocols are followed during setup and teardown
- manage time efficiently to meet event schedules
