Job Requirements

  • College degree or customer service experience highly preferred
  • Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
  • Ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Ability to complete intensive 6-week training program

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin safety procedures
  • Conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • Enforce FAA regulations
  • Execute emergency evacuations
  • Manage turbulence protocols
  • Respond to security threats
  • Administer first aid and CPR during in-flight medical emergencies
  • Use AEDs and collaborate with flight deck crew and ground medical support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Conduct sophisticated meal and beverage services
  • Anticipate and address customer needs
  • Act as a problem solver during flight delays and interpersonal conflicts
  • Accommodate special passenger requests
  • Work collaboratively with diverse crews and gate agents for smooth flight operations
