Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree or customer service experience highly preferred
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- Ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
- Ability to pass drug test
- Ability to complete intensive 6-week training program

Job Duties
- Lead cabin safety procedures
- Conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- Enforce FAA regulations
- Execute emergency evacuations
- Manage turbulence protocols
- Respond to security threats
- Administer first aid and CPR during in-flight medical emergencies
- Use AEDs and collaborate with flight deck crew and ground medical support
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct sophisticated meal and beverage services
- Anticipate and address customer needs
- Act as a problem solver during flight delays and interpersonal conflicts
- Accommodate special passenger requests
- Work collaboratively with diverse crews and gate agents for smooth flight operations
