Job Requirements
- 2+ years or more as a gm, mp, or multi-unit manager in a full-service concept
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to problem solve and handle stress in high-volume environment
- managing partners required to make initial monetary deposit and enter employment agreement

Job Duties
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies with management team assistance
- Directing work of management team including setting weekly schedules and assigning responsibilities
- Managing performance of management team including conducting weekly directionals, evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees
- Providing oversight over food, labor, and liquor costs
- Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling labor costs
- Managing weekly and monthly profit and loss statements
- Planning and overseeing inventories and budgets
- Verifying audit, ESF, daily Taste and Temp, and training standards
- Overseeing restaurant cleanliness
- Enforcing security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Managing incentive programs for management and staff
- Developing key employees and managers including training
- Practicing and managing safe food handling procedures
- Acting as liaison with vendors and support contacts
- Maintaining restaurant culture and core values
