Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years or more as a general manager managing partner or multi-unit manager in a full-service concept
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
  • Managing partners are required to make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement with Bubba's 33

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years or more as a general manager managing partner or multi-unit manager in a full-service concept
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with budget management and P&L analysis
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and liquor law compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to develop and train employees

Job Duties

  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies with assistance from the management team
  • Direct work of management team including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
  • Manage performance of management team including conducting weekly management directionals performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and hire management and hourly employees
  • Provide ultimate oversight over all food labor and liquor costs
  • Provide ultimate oversight over compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Manage food costs track waste and control labor costs
  • Manage weekly and monthly profit and loss statements
  • Plan prepare and oversee weekly monthly and yearly inventories and budgets
  • Verify audit ESF daily Taste and Temp and training standards are maintained
  • Oversee cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to maintain safety of employees and guests
  • Oversee incentive programs for management and hourly staff members
  • Oversee development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Act as primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contacts
  • Maintain culture of the restaurant and live core values every day including passion integrity partnership and fun with purpose
