- 2 plus years or more as a general manager managing partner or multi-unit manager in a full-service concept
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
- Managing partners are required to make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement with Bubba's 33

Job Duties
- Enforce compliance with all employment policies with assistance from the management team
- Direct work of management team including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
- Manage performance of management team including conducting weekly management directionals performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and hire management and hourly employees
- Provide ultimate oversight over all food labor and liquor costs
- Provide ultimate oversight over compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Manage food costs track waste and control labor costs
- Manage weekly and monthly profit and loss statements
- Plan prepare and oversee weekly monthly and yearly inventories and budgets
- Verify audit ESF daily Taste and Temp and training standards are maintained
- Oversee cleanliness of the restaurant
- Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Oversee incentive programs for management and hourly staff members
- Oversee development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Act as primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contacts
- Maintain culture of the restaurant and live core values every day including passion integrity partnership and fun with purpose
