Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • minimum 10 years progressive leadership experience in catering, hospitality, or foodservice management
  • servsafe certified
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift supplies up to 25 pounds
  • union experience preferred

Job Duties

  • provide strategic leadership and planning for catering services
  • oversee financial management including budgeting and cost control
  • manage operational oversight of catering teams and service standards
  • build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, campus partners, and vendors
  • lead talent development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and university policies
  • drive continuous innovation in menu development and service delivery
