Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of ten years experience in relevant fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in event production and logistics
- Ability to travel approximately 50 to 60 percent including weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to guest-centric service and hospitality excellence
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of ten years experience in sports, live events, or corporate hospitality
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing complex logistics
- Innovative thinker with a passion for elevating guest experience
- Highly professional interpersonal and written communication skills
- CMP certification preferred or strong interest in pursuing it
- Deep understanding of service excellence and guest-first culture
Job Duties
- Lead planning and on-site execution of NASCAR consumer hospitality, premium fan experiences, and select special events nationwide
- Manage all event logistics including venue preparation, contract negotiations, vendor and agency management, food and beverage operations, guest services and credentialing, transportation logistics, creative production and event execution
- Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Competition to align hospitality programs with broader strategic and brand goals
- Oversee and develop direct staff while managing a network of vendor and agency partners to ensure seamless delivery of all hospitality programs, including managing at least one full-time hospitality team member
- Oversee budget creation and management, event timelines, production schedules, and post-event reporting and recaps
- Support corporate event execution including run-of-show development, script coordination, contractor and talent management, and signage/graphics integration
- Maintain proficiency in guest management platforms, including event builds, guest list coordination, database updates, and floorplan/diagram development
