Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in operations management or similar leadership role in a hotel
- Proven experience in a hotel opening specifically within a lifestyle property
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Hospitality or related field preferred
- Strong financial acumen and ability to develop budgets and manage performance
- Ability to set clear expectations and provide guidance to achieve exceptional performance
- Capability to stand for extended periods walk and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend reach stoop use fingers hands kneel or crouch
- Occasional travel required
Job Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Hospitality or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel opening especially within lifestyle properties
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Minimum five years of experience in operations management or similar leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and guide team performance
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the hotel opening including staff recruitment and training
- Inspire and mentor a diverse team cultivating a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through service standards personalized experiences and swift issue resolution
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue optimize expenses and achieve budgetary goals
- Oversee all hotel departments including front office housekeeping and maintenance while following sustainability guidelines
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development empowering team members
- Manage financial performance through regular analysis and operational adjustments
