Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience as a General Manager or Managing Director in a luxury hotel
- proven track record of managing multiple departments and P&Ls
- strong financial and budget management skills
- ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- willingness to stand for extended periods and occasional travel
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- proven success managing multiple operational departments and P&Ls

Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of department heads
- set clear expectations and provide guidance for exceptional performance
- ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing service standards and personalized experiences
- manage daily oversight of food, beverage, and hotel services catering to VIPs and high-net-worth guests
- develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and optimize expenses
- monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
- maintain seamless operations across all hotel departments
- implement best practices for quality and safety standards
- supervise consortia groups and partnerships with luxury brands
- guide teams through renovations and updates
- establish strong community relationships and participate in local associations
- act as a brand ambassador

- identify opportunities for property transformation to generate ROI
