Job Duties

  • Accountable for city performance related to adult and youth programming goals
  • Develop and execute city strategic planning
  • Manage city budget, revenue, league plans, and cash flow
  • Create and implement city growth strategies for both youth and adult programs
  • Promote and recruit new and past customers
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget reviews and forecasts
  • Ensure profit margins are maintained and corporate sales expectations are met
  • Recruit, select, hire, and train full-time team members
  • Build and maintain team office culture
  • Roll out new company processes and policies
  • Conduct office team evaluations and manage discipline
  • Manage staff vacation and confidential compensation
  • Facilitate internal office and team communication
  • Mentor, train, and coach team members
  • Identify and recruit additional staff as needed
  • Create and manage sports revenue plans
  • Collaborate with HR for intern pipeline and goal setting
  • Uphold branding and operational standards
  • Assist in market-wide event planning, sponsorship activation, and media relations
  • Collect program metrics and develop evaluation tools
  • Serve as escalation point for customer service issues
  • Oversee marketing budget and partnership activations
  • Manage marketing plans and initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with venues, sponsors, and community organizations
  • Obtain permits for current and new locations
  • Seek and manage new business opportunities
  • Work evenings and weekends during league activities
