Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality accounting and HR roles
  • Direct experience with Sage Intacct
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to integrity and professional accountability

Job Duties

  • Run day-to-day operations of accounting and HR services firm
  • Lead and develop competent accounting and HR teams
  • Ensure high level of accountability and ownership across client and internal work
  • Identify and implement AI, automation, and outsourced solutions for efficiency
  • Document and standardize processes and procedures
  • Develop and execute a structured new client onboarding plan
  • Foster a culture of integrity, clarity, and professionalism
