Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality accounting and HR roles
- Direct experience with Sage Intacct
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Run day-to-day operations of accounting and HR services firm
- Lead and develop competent accounting and HR teams
- Ensure high level of accountability and ownership across client and internal work
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and outsourced solutions for efficiency
- Document and standardize processes and procedures
- Develop and execute a structured new client onboarding plan
- Foster a culture of integrity, clarity, and professionalism
