Job Requirements
- Up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
- Availability to work weekends including Fridays and Saturdays
- Flexibility to work peak business hours, typically Thursday through Saturday
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry and helping people feel better
- Prior salon experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong technical skills
- Experience in scheduling, inventory, and retail merchandising
- Ability to work directly with marketing team
- Commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- Up-to-date cosmetology license
- Two or more years in staff management, recruitment, training, and onboarding
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work with and motivate diverse personalities
- Financial savvy in creating and managing sales goals
- Experience with inventory management and retail merchandising
- Technical proficiency with Mac computer and new software
- Ability to adapt and implement new processes
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere
