Job Requirements

  • Based in San Francisco and able to collaborate in person 5 days a week
  • Minimum 4 years of workplace, facilities, or hospitality operations experience
  • Strong project management and vendor management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Familiarity with workplace systems like ServiceNow or Envoy preferred
  • Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment

  • 4+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or hospitality operations preferably in hybrid or tech environments
  • A people-first mindset focused on creating inclusive and welcoming workspaces
  • Strong operational, project management, and vendor management skills
  • Ability to balance day-to-day service delivery with proactive workplace improvements
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders and vendors
  • Experience with workplace systems such as ServiceNow, Envoy, or space management tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and enthusiasm for evolving workplace programs
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities efficiently, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in results-driven environments

Job Duties

  • Lead onsite operations including facilities management, food and beverage, office services, vendor management, mail services, space management, and supplies
  • Enhance workplace experience by creating an exceptional employee environment aligned with Superhuman's hybrid work culture
  • Oversee vendor and budget management ensuring SLAs are met and operating budgets are managed responsibly
  • Collaborate with Security to maintain workplace safety and compliance, supporting evacuation drills and incident management
  • Partner with workplace leadership on space planning, seating strategy, and hub readiness for peak days and special events
  • Support local implementation of global workplace programs including sustainability, wellness, and cultural initiatives
  • Assist Global Events & Experiences team with exceptional onsite event delivery including hub gatherings and executive briefings
  • Track and report workplace metrics such as occupancy, utilization, and operational tickets to inform data-driven decisions
  • Act as primary point of contact for hub-based employee workplace needs, resolving issues promptly and thoughtfully
