Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in warehouse or shipping/receiving
- at least 3 years supervisory experience
- ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- knowledge of inventory and warehouse management practices
- strong organizational and communication skills
- commitment to safety and compliance with EHS policies
- consistent attendance required
- ability to develop and manage budgets
- proficiency with shared services systems
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred
- 5+ years experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving environments
- 3+ years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proficiency with inventory and recipe control systems
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- ability to manage budgets and projects
- knowledge of environmental health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Lead warehouse, mail room, visual merchandising, and shared services teams
- establish and maintain operational standards and practices
- oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- manage mail room operations including package distribution and mail delivery
- coordinate flow of goods between onsite and offsite locations
- maintain shared services systems for inventory, recipe control, ingredients, menus, pricing, and discounts
- ensure visual merchandising standards align with Universal Destinations & Experiences
- manage visual merchandising projects, budgets, and approvals
- maintain efficient mail distribution and proper documentation
- develop and implement employee training and safety programs
- build a culture of safety and engagement
- develop operating budgets and monitor expenditures
- manage capital and expense projects
- oversee hiring, training, and development of team
- ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety policies
- perform other assigned duties
