Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required or combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of degree
- minimum of three years of experience in volunteer services in a supervisory, management or leadership role
- experience recruiting, orienting, and training volunteers and employees
- experience in project management
- experience in event planning
- experience in budget administration
- experience in program development

Job Duties
- Implement volunteer programs and training programs
- manage recruiting, training, and scheduling of volunteers
- provide volunteers for community outreach activities
- manage community benefits programs
- submit quarterly data and annual community benefits reports
- assist staff in upholding the mission, vision, and values of the hospital
- coordinate volunteer activities to support hospital operations
