Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
