Job Duties

  • Team up with managers to keep rental agencies running and handle big-picture operations
  • Keep an eye on operational departments to ensure smooth functionality
  • Monitor fleet and inventory flow to meet customer demands and maintain reservations
  • Manage rental contracts including opening, closing, printing, and adjusting details
  • Track daily inventory via hands-on and digital methods
  • Boost sales by promoting add-ons like insurance, GPS, and vehicle upgrades
  • Perform opening and closing routines including security protocols
  • Handle office tasks such as answering calls, ordering supplies, photocopying, and fielding questions
  • Create reports and log daily accomplishments
  • Resolve customer issues such as explaining charges, vehicle problems, and giving directions
  • Support fellow agents and nearby locations when needed
  • Coach and mentor team members to build skills and motivation
  • Assist with training, supervising, and inspiring team members to achieve goals
