Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- A clean driving record in the last 3 years with some exceptions
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Sales experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate rental and inventory software systems

Job Duties
- Assist managers with overall operation of rental agencies
- Oversee and ensure proper function of operational departments
- Monitor fleet and product flow to match customer need and reservation schedule
- Operate computer counter agent control system including opening and closing rental contracts and contract modifications
- Maintain daily inventory both physical and computerized
- Promote and sell coverage and upgrades such as additional insurance and GPS
- Perform opening and closing procedures and safeguard security measures
- Handle office duties including answering phones, ordering supplies, photocopying, and handling routine inquiries
- Prepare reports and document daily work activities
- Address customer inquiries regarding charges, vehicle damages, and directions
- Support a team environment by assisting other agents and locations when needed
- Coach, educate, and assist with training team members
- Supervise and motivate team members
