Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • A clean driving record in the last 3 years with some exceptions
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a drug screening

  • Experience in customer service
  • Sales experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to operate rental and inventory software systems
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist managers with overall operation of rental agencies
  • Oversee and ensure proper function of operational departments
  • Monitor fleet and product flow to match customer need and reservation schedule
  • Operate computer counter agent control system including opening and closing rental contracts and contract modifications
  • Maintain daily inventory both physical and computerized
  • Promote and sell coverage and upgrades such as additional insurance and GPS
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and safeguard security measures
  • Handle office duties including answering phones, ordering supplies, photocopying, and handling routine inquiries
  • Prepare reports and document daily work activities
  • Address customer inquiries regarding charges, vehicle damages, and directions
  • Support a team environment by assisting other agents and locations when needed
  • Coach, educate, and assist with training team members
  • Supervise and motivate team members
