Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- A clean driving record in the last 3 years with some exceptions
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work scheduled five days a week
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist managers with the overall operation of rental agencies
- Oversee and ensure proper function of operational departments
- Monitor fleet and product flow to match customer need and reservation schedule
- Operate the computer counter agent control system including opening and closing rental contracts and modifying contracts
- Assist management in maintaining daily inventory both physical and computerized
- Promote and sell coverage and upgrades such as additional insurance and GPS
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including safeguarding security measures
- Perform office duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, photocopying, and handling routine inquiries
- Prepare reports and document daily work activities
- Address customer inquiries regarding charges, vehicle damages, and directions
- Support a team environment by assisting other agents and locations as needed
- Coach and educate team members
- Assist with training, supervise and motivate team members
