Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in quick service restaurant preferred
  • Must possess strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work full time including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Must comply with drug-free workplace policy
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant management experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn as a management trainee
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Listen and communicate with guests providing and modeling exceptional customer service
  • Encourage high performance from the team and assist crew trainers and coaching all crew in customer focus and cleanliness
  • Achieve business targets and goals outlined by the General Manager including monitoring inventory and profitability
  • Delegate necessary tasks and goals to crew ensuring service and production thrive in a safe and respectful workplace
