Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in quick service restaurant preferred
- Must possess strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work full time including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Must comply with drug-free workplace policy
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Willingness to learn as a management trainee
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- Listen and communicate with guests providing and modeling exceptional customer service
- Encourage high performance from the team and assist crew trainers and coaching all crew in customer focus and cleanliness
- Achieve business targets and goals outlined by the General Manager including monitoring inventory and profitability
- Delegate necessary tasks and goals to crew ensuring service and production thrive in a safe and respectful workplace
