Job Requirements
- Demonstrated 10+ years experience touring shows and attractions
- Strong knowledge of permanent and temporary live immersive experiences and story-driven attractions with emphasis on touring attractions
- Experience managing touring teams, vendors, union crews and touring vendors
- Knowledge of union rules and regulations
- Knowledge of permitting processes for touring and permanent shows
- Experience managing vendor relationships from RFP through installation
- Ability to manage an in-house touring team and address shortcomings
- Ability to give candid and relevant feedback to maintain team performance
- Ability to make difficult yet informed decisions in Netflix's best interest
- Ability to multitask effectively, balancing details and big-picture leadership
- Ability to travel and stay on-site during load out and load in

Job Duties
- Build a cohesive touring strategy for Netflix House attractions
- Build and manage an in-house touring team including logistics manager, coordinator, technical and show set support roles
- Research and establish a network of third-party vendors including logistics, technical, and fabrication services
- Build strong local connections with unions and crew for on-site load-out, load-in, and installation support
- Coordinate operations with local Netflix House teams and develop roles and responsibilities
- Support each move on-site to ensure smooth execution
- Manage the master touring budget and schedule, anticipating and mitigating overages and delays
- Optimize move costs through learnings and adjustments
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize attraction builds and equipment management
- Build cross-functional partnerships within Netflix including logistics, shipping, and assets departments
- Communicate touring strategies to wider cross-functional teams and gain alignment
- Write regular recap reports on key production aspects
