Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of ticket operations experience in professional sports or live entertainment preferred
- minimum of 3 years of experience working with ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, AXS, or similar systems
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with ticketing systems (Archtics preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Own all ticket operations processes within the Ticketmaster Archtics database for Blackhawks Ticketing
- support all ticket operations processes for affiliate entities including the Rockford IceHogs and Chicago Steel
- lead event creation and configuration for Blackhawks games and events including parking, add-ons, STM events, and special programs
- maintain complete accuracy of event details including pricing, dates, times, opponents, and related information
- build and deploy single-game, group, theme night, bundled package, and flash sale offers
- create, analyze, and interpret reports for internal and external NHL consumption
- maintain and update Account Manager purchase flows, mobile ticket templates, and web content
- generate renewal and playoff invoices for season ticket accounts
- manage training for ticket sales and service representatives and provide ongoing troubleshooting support within Ticketmaster and Archtics systems
- engage with sales and service teams to ensure adherence to sales and payment processing deadlines
- manage third-party ticket distribution accounts including inventory control and revenue reconciliation
- support the integration and deployment of new technology solutions to advance ticket sales initiatives
- monitor ticket revenue reconciliation to ensure complete accuracy across all sales channels
- oversee fulfillment of complimentary and paid ticket requests across the organization
- cultivate relationships with Ticketmaster and other third-party ticket distribution partners
- provide ticketing support at the Box Office on game days as needed
- support all ticketing-related events, initiatives, and operational needs as assigned
