- 7-9 years' experience in relevant technical service or equipment repair
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of computer networking, wired and wireless communication
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficient change management skills
Job Duties
- Provide technical support on product brand equipment for service techs, service agencies, sales, engineering, and customers via phone, email, or at customer locations
- Work closely with management, customer service, sales, and engineering to resolve escalated technical support issues
- Develop training materials for call center and field technicians on installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment
- Resolve customer escalation issues
- Maintain accuracy of computerized service records and files
- Provide technical assistance and service support for inquiries from various stakeholders
- Take opportunities to educate oneself on product lines, service issues, and tools used
