Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or similar education or experience in safety security policy development and event management
- minimum 8 years managing safety and security for large complex major events focusing on stadium safety and security operations
- knowledge of sport event or major event safety and security planning
- understanding private vs publicly protected persons and procedures
- experience in intelligence analysis and conforming security protocols
- deep understanding of risk management crisis response and emergency preparedness
- proven track record building or managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders for high-profile organizations
- experience working in multicultural environments
- sports industry experience is a plus
- fluent in English
- proficiency in Spanish and or French is a plus
- proficient in ms office and planning software and online collaboration tools

Job Duties
- serve as a point of contact with contracted private security agencies for team and referee liaison officers
- communicate with senior managers to coordinate with state and local law enforcement agencies
- assist in coordinating venue walkthroughs with corporate security representatives
- coordinate the accreditation process for VIPs ensuring FIFA access standards
- manage private security details for FIFA executives, teams, referees, and distinguished guests
- liaise with host and team base camp city police departments for national team escorts
- develop security parameters for private and liaison officers attending FIFA events
- lead and participate in security planning and execution for close protection of client groups
- collaborate with venue management and security teams for non-competition venues
- conduct briefings and training for private security and liaison officers
- manage and train protective security specialists assigned to the tournament
- oversee daily logistics and coordination for liaison and protective security officers onsite
