Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, instructional design or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in training and facilitation, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Previous supervisory experience
- Schedule flexibility with availability to work weekends, holidays, or evenings
- Consistent attendance
- Ability to perform essential job duties

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in training and facilitation, preferably in hospitality
- Previous supervisory experience
- Event planning experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
Job Duties
- Oversees divisional training programs and Day 1 Orientation at UKR
- Partners with UDX Talent Development Center of Excellence to maintain up-to-date training materials and presentations
- Evaluates facilitators and provides feedback for quality assurance
- Designs and delivers synchronous and asynchronous training and development programs
- Incorporates measurement and assessment tools to support training effectiveness
- Manages AskHR services and ensures timely and relevant information for Team Members
- Drives Team Member engagement and HR events aligned with UDX Centers of Excellence
- Manages recognition, service, and reward programs including budget and contract compliance
- Supervises and trains assigned team, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Collaborates with resort departments to identify talent development and promotion opportunities
- Participates in Environmental, Health, and Safety responsibilities per UDX policies
