Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, instructional design or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in training and facilitation, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Schedule flexibility with availability to work weekends, holidays, or evenings
  • Consistent attendance
  • Ability to perform essential job duties

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in training and facilitation, preferably in hospitality
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Event planning experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversees divisional training programs and Day 1 Orientation at UKR
  • Partners with UDX Talent Development Center of Excellence to maintain up-to-date training materials and presentations
  • Evaluates facilitators and provides feedback for quality assurance
  • Designs and delivers synchronous and asynchronous training and development programs
  • Incorporates measurement and assessment tools to support training effectiveness
  • Manages AskHR services and ensures timely and relevant information for Team Members
  • Drives Team Member engagement and HR events aligned with UDX Centers of Excellence
  • Manages recognition, service, and reward programs including budget and contract compliance
  • Supervises and trains assigned team, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Collaborates with resort departments to identify talent development and promotion opportunities
  • Participates in Environmental, Health, and Safety responsibilities per UDX policies
