Job Duties

  • Coordinate restaurant operations during shifts while interacting with guests to ensure exceptional experiences
  • Monitor food and beverage preparation and presentation to guarantee high-quality standards
  • Analyze food and beverage costs, monitor sales and revenue, and establish financial controls
  • Manage food and beverage deliveries ensuring quality and proper storage
