Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry boxes and or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to climb, balance, reach, grab, stoop, crawl, bend, and crouch for extended periods
  • Ability to use close, distant, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and visual focus
  • Ability to smell and identify odors
  • Ability to clearly hear and interpret voice commands and telephone communications

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
  • Experience managing food service staff is beneficial
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control

Job Duties

  • Recruit, provide training for, and manage all employees
  • Communicate and enforce all handbook and company policies
  • Provide employee coaching and document progressive discipline when required
  • Schedule labor in accordance with federal wage and hour regulations
  • Schedule assistant manager to work when manager not on duty
  • Ensure that food service area and equipment are clean, secure, safe, and properly maintained
  • Strictly enforce uniform and dress code as outlined by branded food concept
