Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in strategic project management, preferably in hospitality, cruise, or travel industries
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of shipboard operations and guest experience drivers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience working with global teams and multicultural environments
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Position is hybrid with three days in office per week Tuesday to Thursday

Job Duties
- Lead the day-to-day execution of strategic projects spanning shipboard operations and shoreside process improvements
- Manage project workstreams from scoping through implementation including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation
- Navigate complex, ambiguous challenges across operational, financial, and guest experience domains
- Drive measurable impact through strategic execution contributing to cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
- Support the development of executive-level presentations and reporting materials
- Strengthen Princess Cruises’ competitive position through continuous improvement and transformation
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team and analysts
