- available evenings and weekends based on event schedule
- comfortable reviewing contracts communicating deliverables and enforcing expectations

Job Duties
- Lead all operational aspects of pop-up events activations and private bookings
- act as on-site event lead to ensure timelines flow and quality standards are met
- maintain alignment with contracts including services staffing and client deliverables
- oversee guest arrival flow and ambiance to match event intent and brand tone
- assign roles and responsibilities to team members for each event
- supervise and support event staff performance during setup service and breakdown
- ensure clear communication of expectations standards and timing
- serve as main liaison for clients during planning and execution
- coordinate with outside vendors entertainers and production staff as needed
- address issues promptly and professionally on event nights
- prepare venue with appropriate layout décor lighting and AV setup
- monitor inventory for event-specific supplies ensuring minimal waste and full readiness
- restore venue to baseline standards post-event
