Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 5+ years leadership experience in transportation program management or corporate employee services
- Must be willing and able to work weekends and non-standard hours
- Ability to stand up to 6 hours per day
- Ability to sit up to 3 hours per day
- Ability to push/pull up to 50lbs unassisted 1-2 hours per day
- Ability to reach overhead up to 1 hour per day
- Ability to walk up to 3 hours per day
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs unassisted 1-2 hours per day
- Ability to climb ladders or stairs up to 1 hour per day
- Ability to kneel or crouch up to 1 hour per day
- Ability to perform upper body twisting up to 1 hour per day
- Ability to work in temperatures over 80 degrees up to 1 hour per day
- Candidate must pass physical requirements and may be required to complete a medical review
- Must conform to U.S. Government export regulations as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 5+ years leadership experience in transportation program management or corporate employee services
- Advanced knowledge of customer service and problem resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to organize work for large groups
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with high volume, complex operations
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more
- Eye for aesthetic industrial design
- Ability to create and update RFPOs and work orders in ERP software
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Independent judgment skills
- Effective communication of data to employees, vendors, and customers
- Logical and strategic problem-solving approach
- Ability to read basic floor plans
- Comfortable in high-stress environments with multiple projects
Job Duties
- Oversee portfolio transportation programs
- Innovate approaches to increase employee commuter program participation
- Act as main point of contact for parking lots and facilities
- Conduct employee engagement events and campaigns
- Perform strategic analysis for parking system efficiency
- Recommend and support development of transportation policies
- Lead internal customer service and issue resolution
- Communicate system and service changes to stakeholders
- Implement participation data gathering and reporting
- Develop and manage budgets and vendor payments
- Train staff on customer service and problem resolution
- Create and maintain training materials
