Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- three years leadership experience in wellness, health club, fitness club or spa environment with at least one year of supervisory experience
- certified pool/spa operator (CPO) certification if required
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- knowledge of club management system software or retail/database software a plus
- knowledge of professional spa services and treatments preferred
- knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems
- basic computational ability including budgetary analysis
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- planning, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, time management, supervisory and employee development skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to respond to needs and requests of staff, guests, and community
- initiative and independent decision-making based on sound judgment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license required

Job Duties
- Ensure the Trilogy Experience for members and guests by modeling and maintaining standards
- support daily operations including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections, cash handling, and maintenance
- provide hospitality to members and guests and support staff
- monitor monthly sales promotions and review retail and service reports
- develop programs and services for members
- monitor member use and retention goals
- lead fitness room orientations
- conduct fitness workshops or classes as requested
- coordinate spa event scheduling from booking to event completion
- assist in creating and monitoring budgets
- recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff
- schedule staff for adequate coverage
- develop monthly client reports
- provide excellent customer service and monitor member feedback
- oversee facility upkeep and safety standards
- report incidents and accidents as necessary
- prepare payroll and financial reports
- implement inventory and purchasing procedures
- oversee pool operations including staff and sanitation
- coordinate seasonal pool bar operations with Food & Beverage
- assist in maintaining facility and preparing for special events
- perform additional duties as assigned
