Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in club operations
- strong background in sports operations (soccer experience preferred)
- background in team travel and management
- must be able to lift 50 lbs
- professional and positive presence to represent ACFC both internally and externally
- deep understanding of how to support athletes and staff members
- work well within a collaborative team-driven and goal-based environment
- excellent communication facilitation and team leadership
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise tasks discretion and sound judgment
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- high EQ and the ability to relate to all levels of staff management players
- availability to work evening hours weekends and occasional holidays
- availability to travel to all away games and attend all home games
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in club operations
- strong background in sports operations with soccer experience preferred

Job Duties
- support all aspects of Angel City away travel including player and staff communication creating itineraries and team schedules hotel and ground transportation in collaboration with internal staff
- manage and facilitate all aspects of Angel City home games including visiting team liaison and coordination coordinating the stretcher crew and operational first team logistics timing and communication
- manage player onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with Player Care Manager including booking flights in/out of market rental cars and internal communication with staff on logistics
- manage daily training schedule and communication via Teamworks with players and staff serving as the main point of contact for scheduling and communicating impacts of adjustments
- manage trialist administration communication and travel logistics in and out of market in compliance with league rules
- ensure ACFC compliance with all NWSL league guidelines including SafeSport requirements
- lead projects as assigned by the Director of Soccer Operations or other Management staff within the ACFC organization
