Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
- Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes
- ServSafe Certification

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout each visit
- Enthusiastically hire, fire, review, reward and recognize based on core values
- Use operational tools such as profit and loss statements, cash and deposit logs, scheduling, and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellence
- Maintain relationships with suppliers
- Review store environment and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and adjust accordingly
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store
- Own and promote brand standards in alignment with the Bomb Bar vision and core values
- Ensure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent with brand standards
- Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring the team to meet operational standards
- Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives, including community outreach through marketing and special events
