Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of security or investigation experience required with 3+ years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to be available 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial matters frequently
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities according to policies and laws
- Ability to work flexible and varying schedules
- Background check mandatory and must meet company criteria
- Required to attend and pass all mandatory legal licenses and certifications
Job Qualifications
- Ability to administer CPR and/or First Aid with AED operation
- Basic computer proficiency and strong communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maximize efficiency and working procedures
- Ability to solve practical problems in complex situations

Job Duties
- Manage all security operations for Universal Kids Resort including team member performance and oversight of third-party security
- Serve as primary contact for third-party security vendors and Frisco Law Enforcement
- Coordinate law enforcement and security efforts for daily operations, special events, and entertainment production
- Enforce departmental policies regarding safety and security of guests, team members, and company assets
- Administer and manage automated and technical security systems and equipment
- Hire, train, develop, and mentor the security leadership team and hourly team members
- Analyze security reports, guest satisfaction data, and financial reports to develop strategic operational plans
- Provide resort-wide duty manager coverage responding to escalated incidents and emergency situations
- Collaborate across departments to implement operational decisions and changes
- Participate actively in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
