Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing people
- FAA commercial pilot certificate
- instrument airplane rating
- minimum of 1000 hours pilot in command flight time
- 200 hours as a flight instructor check airman or simulator instructor
- excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- willingness to work extended hours
- must be in possession of a current valid U.S or foreign passport and able to travel freely between the United States and any foreign countries in which the company operates prior to starting employment
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes
- proficiency in reading and speaking English
- high school diploma or GED

Job Duties
- contribute to the ongoing development of the S4 pilot training courseware
- contribute to the development of a standardized training course for S4 instructor pilots
- lead and manage a growing team of instructor pilots
- deliver standardized modules including before flight planning and briefing and after flight debriefs
- analyze the performance of trainees and write reports on the findings
- make recommendations regarding whether under-performing trainees should continue training
- contribute to internal flight safety and standardization discussions
