Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3 years management administrative experience
- Minimum 3 years retail operation management experience
- Hands-on HR operations and analysis experience
- Must be passionate about retail management including staffing, compliance and inventory control
- Strong conflict management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Effective leadership and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions
- Ability to prepare written reports and presentations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years management administrative experience with emphasis on employee relations and talent management
- 3 years retail operation management experience
- Experience handling full spectrum of human resources activities
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent consulting, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with senior executives
- Experience preparing reports and presentations
- Ability to coach and counsel employees
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with medical cannabis regulations
- Supervise dispensary staff training and activities
- Monitor point of sale transactions
- Manage patient-specific logs and inventory audits
- Order inventory and maintain records via BioTrackTHC software
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts
- Develop privacy policies and ensure HIPAA compliance
