  • motivating and directing team members and restaurant management to exceed guest expectations by delivering hot food within established speed of service guidelines while offering friendly service in clean surroundings
  • managing restaurant profit and loss by maintaining inventory and managing labor while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards
  • building team talent through recruiting, selecting, hiring and retention
