Job Requirements
- position requires prolonged periods of standing or walking around store or department
- may involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping
- frequent use of computers and other technology including handheld equipment and cash register
- ability to process register transactions
- frequently lift or move up to 25lbs
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
- 3-5 years related experience
- culinary experience a plus
- conversational Spanish a plus
- ability to lead and motivate a team of front and back-of-the-house food service associates
- ability to manage restaurant operations independently
- ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
- organization and planning skills
- strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
- knowledge and appreciation of a la carte restaurant service
- knowledge and appreciation of quick-serve counter service in an upscale environment
