Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years restaurant management experience
- Experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k or more
- Experience interpreting budgets and profit and loss statements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to lift or move items over 50 pounds
- Ability to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening

- 1+ years restaurant management experience
- 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $500k+
- 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to lift/move items over 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and reporting
- Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders to maximize service expectations
- Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
- Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
