Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of supervisory and QSR management experience
- Ability to work and stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25-40 pounds
- Ability to pass a criminal background and/or credit history check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain safe work standards
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexibility to cover absent employees
- Ability to manage small teams
- Regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years previous supervisory and QSR management experience
- Education of at least a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with utmost integrity and honesty
- Ability to maintain safe standards in the workplace
- Basic math and reading skills and understanding of basic computer operation
- Ability to work and stand for extended periods and lift 25-40 pounds
- Flexibility to cover shifts in the event of absent employees
- Ability to effectively manage small groups and maintain regular attendance
Job Duties
- Maintain sales forecast to accurately project sales and recognize sales trends to ensure accurate production levels of products
- Complete oversight of a single store including inventory management, employee management, and customer service to maintain operating standards
- Ensure store cleanliness in line with Papa Murphy's standards and health department protocols
- Maintain inventory of food and beverages, checking vendor shipments for completeness and accuracy
- Complete and post weekly work schedules ensuring compliance with wage and hour requirements and labor performance requirements
- Assist and train employees for both front of the house and back of the house duties
- Ensure food quality and speed of service standards are met and maintained
- Understand and operate QSR Management and POS Operating Systems
- Complete daily sales performance and inventory reports
- Monitor cash drawers, ensure accuracy of bank deposits, and justify all cash variances
